How We Work

From your first idea through to finished product – we guide you through every step.

Our service starts with talking about your manufacturing needs

Step 1 - Consulting

Our product development team will ensure your design file can be output accurately, and work with you through any potential challenges through the manufacturing process.

The 2nd stage of our service involves prototyping your product in preparation for manufacturing

Step 2 - Prototyping

We will get your prototype or sample representative of the final end-use product, produced for further development and testing before going into our additive manufacturing process.

The 3rd stage of our service is low volume manufacturing to the quantities you need

Step 3 - manufacturing

As Additive Manufacturing specialists for polymer products, we can handle production runs of up to 30,000 units.

After manufacturing we can also provide finishing services such as smoothing and colouring

Step 4 - Finishing

Our polymer blasting service gives your final product a smooth surface and more professional, finished look.

Getting a new product to market is one of the biggest investments a manufacturer can make. ADPM exists to make that journey faster, less risky and more cost-effective – with specialist additive manufacturing services and a team that knows what NZ exporters actually need.

Based in Tauranga with an Auckland studio, we've worked with businesses across marine, agritech, medical and advanced manufacturing. We don't just print parts – we help businesses grow.
